M365 SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance SharePoint Online sites, structures, and content organization models to improve usability, searchability, and information access across the enterprise.
• Build custom business applications using Power Apps to address operational needs and streamline team processes.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and support business productivity.
• Establish and maintain governance practices for Power Platform solutions, including standards for security, usage, and lifecycle management.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend technical approaches, and deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Support the administration and ongoing optimization of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools within a large-scale enterprise setting.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, resolve solution defects, and implement enhancements that improve reliability and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise Microsoft 365 environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online information architecture and solution design.
• 3+ years of experience developing applications with Power Apps.
• 3+ years of experience creating workflows and automations with Power Automate.
• 3+ years of experience establishing or supporting Power Platform governance practices.
• Strong background in SharePoint development, design, and workflow solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.
