Summary
In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Software Engineering deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Software Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering.
Requirements
- Senior Engineer to design and deliver agentic, orchestrated AI systems across Microsoft 365 and OS platforms, focusing on building multi-agent, composable solutions where agents, skills, data, and tools collaborate through structured orchestration frameworks.
- Lead the hands-on development of end-to-end agentic solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, including custom and declarative agents, orchestration layers for task planning and execution, and tool/skill invocation pipelines grounded in enterprise data.
- Implement orchestration patterns such as multi-agent coordination, and human-in-the-loop workflows, while contributing to reusable frameworks in Copilot Studio and Copilot Cowork that enable scalable, secure, and interoperable agent development.
- Solve complex challenges in distributed, non-deterministic systems—ensuring reliability, performance, observability, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Microsoft 365 Copilot/Microsoft Copilot Studio/Microsoft 365 Agents/Microsoft Graph
- Teams AI capabilities
- Power Platform AI features
- CoPilot Skills/CoPilot CoWork
- AI awareness-technical aptitude
- Large enterprise and Financial Services experience
