About the role

We are seeking a Commercial AI Administrator to join our Sales team. This role will utilize artificial intelligence tools to support various aspects of the hiring process, including reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses. These tools are designed to assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are made by humans.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize AI tools to review and analyze applications and resumes
  • Assess candidate responses using AI-driven assessments
  • Identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure accurate and fair hiring processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate AI solutions effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and services
