About the role

Maintain and update knowledge management systems, develop training materials, and support team members in utilizing the knowledge base effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance existing knowledge management systems
• Create and distribute training materials
• Support team members in accessing and utilizing the knowledge base
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure system effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Library Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in knowledge management or related field
• Strong understanding of IT systems and software applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with knowledge management tools and platforms
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
