About the role

M Resort is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented EVS (Eco-Vehicle Services) team member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas including restrooms, common areas, and guest rooms.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new cleaning techniques and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a hospitality or similar setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with guests and co-workers.
• Good physical condition to perform the required tasks.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

Pay

Schedule
