Duties
- Manage, oversee, and coordinate all facets of the pre-construction, bid and award, construction, and close-out phases of commercial/public/educational facility projects with a value of up to $2M+
- Review blueprints and other pre-construction documents
- Cookordinate with public agencies and District/project staff on off-site work and code/DSA compliance
- Cookordinate bid packages
- Evaluate bids, verify contractor licenses/bonds, and analyze costs
- Submit award recommendations, execute contracts, and issue Notice to Proceed
- Manage project budget and schedule
- Manage contractor daily activities, review construction schedules, submittals, and substitution requests
- Cookordinate responses to Requests for Clarification (RFCs)
- Review and negotiate Contractor Change Order Proposals
- Review and monitor payments to contractors, architects, and engineers
- Administer Professional Service Agreements and coordinate delivery of fixtures, furniture, and equipment
- Monitor and manage project close-out with respect to project certification with the Division of State Architects (DSA) and project financial close out

- BS Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Pay
- $112,000 yr
