M&A Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-merger integration projects, from pre-close planning to post-close execution and stabilization
• Serve as dedicated project manager in IMO, supporting governance, execution, and standardization of integration approaches
• Partner with IMO leadership and internal functional teams to align integration efforts with deal objectives, synergy targets, and integration playbooks
• Develop, manage, and coordinate integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations across functional workstreams
• Apply Enterprise PMO & IMO methodologies, tools, and controls to integration initiatives, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies
