Wyrick Robbins is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of relevant law firm experience to join its market-leading Mergers & Acquisitions practice. The firm has a collegial office environment with leading practitioners on sophisticated matters at a regional, national and even international level.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents
• Managing deal process and client relationships
• Supervising junior associates
• Handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant law firm experience
• NC Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
• Outstanding undergraduate and law school academics
• Excellent written, analytical and verbal skills
