Position Overview
The successful candidate will advise corporate clients on a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate governance matters. The role offers significant deal execution responsibilities and the opportunity to work with both publicly traded and privately held companies across diverse industries.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of M&A and general corporate experience
- Much significant experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and other core transaction documents
- Strong background in advising clients on corporate governance and structuring issues
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Team-oriented, self-starter mentality with strong project management skills
- Superior academic credentials and large law firm or well-regarded boutique experience preferred
- Admission to the Ohio Bar (or ability to waive in) required
