LVN Private Duty Nursing

About the role

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home skilled nursing care for Pediatric and Adult patients with complex needs such as gtube, trach, and vent care.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide services according to prescribed orders
• Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the practice state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray
• BLS certification
• Preferably one year of professional nursing experience

Skills

• Assessing patient conditions
• Collecting and analyzing health data
• Documenting nursing diagnoses
