LVN- PM Shift (3pm-1130pm)

Responsibilities

• Deliver care and services to residents through the identification of resident needs and implementing prescribed interventions.
• Evaluate outcomes and conditions related to resident care.
• Perform personal care for residents as needed.
• Communicate and collaborate with other members of the care team to resolve resident care problems.
• Enhance care delivery by participating in quality assessment and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a School of Nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.
• Current First Aid certification or willing and able to become certified.
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Licensed Practical/Vocation Nurse preferred.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred.
• Food handlers certification, if required.
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.

Pay

USD $40.75 - USD $44.25 /Hr.
