Registered Nurse- PM Shift (3pm-1130pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide superior care to assigned residents, including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of administered treatments
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
• Supervise several talented staff members
• Establish relationships with residents, families, and other members of the health care team

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where practicing (required)
• Working knowledge of long-term care
• Current CPR certification as approved by American Heart Association or American Red Cross (required)
• Current First Aid certification or willingness and ability to become First Aid certified (required)
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Registered Nurse (preferred)
• Experience or continuing education in the care of elderly (preferred)
• Maintain a courteous and professional manner through interactions with others
• Use a resident and customer-focused approach to problem-solving and goal-setting
• Basic computer skills and/or willingness to learn

USD $49.75 – USD $55.00 /Hr.
