About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Administer prescribed treatments and services
- Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Collect and analyze healthcare data
Qualifications
- Licensed LVN in the practicing state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience
