About the Role

Pediatric LVN providing low-acuity skilled nursing care to children in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, clinically focused care including assessments, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
• Implement care plans under RN and physician guidance.
• Educate and support families to ensure optimal care.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic records.
• Collaborate effectively with the care team to coordinate services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
