LVN Homecare - Weekend

About the role

Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes. The position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to prescribed orders, utilizing the nursing process. The LVN will monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes, collect and analyze data, and document nursing diagnoses. Experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care is preferred, with training available.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-specific nursing services in accordance with medical orders
• Assess patient conditions and identify changes requiring intervention
• Document care and patient responses accurately

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the practicing state
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
• Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience
