LVN - Homecare - Weekends

About the role

Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, working with Pediatric and/or Adult clients. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring adherence to prescribed orders.

Responsibilities

• Assess signs of physiological and psychosocial changes
• Collect and analyze healthcare data
• Document diagnoses accurately
• Provide direct nursing services tailored to patient needs
• Monitor patient conditions and document changes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the practicing state
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience
