Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services based on prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and care plans.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- At least one year of professional nursing experience.
