About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) responsible for delivering patient care according to nursing standards using the nursing process.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team to document nursing diagnoses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LVN license in the practicing state.
- Valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS card.
- Preferably one year of LVN experience.
