Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing stateCurrent CPR certification (training assistance available)TB skin test within the last 12 monthsReliable transportationPreferred: Six months of clinical experience and home health backgroundStrong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Physical & Environmental Requirements: Ability to lift 50 pounds, travel, and perform physical tasks such as repositioning patients and moving equipment. Capable of working in diverse environments, including exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases. Must have visual, auditory, and tactile acuity to respond effectively in emergency situations.
