Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultants at Northside Lexus are responsible for delivering the finest new and pre‑owned luxury cars, SUVs, and hybrid vehicles. The role requires a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed customer expectations by delivering an unparalleled luxury experience.
• Sell vehicles and financial services offered by the dealership.
• Develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of Lexus products and services.
• Guide customers seamlessly through the entire sales process.
• Participate in product and sales training courses.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive follow‑up, generating repeat business and referrals.
• Set and achieve personal goals aligned with dealership standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market and commitment to continuous product learning.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver an elevated, customer‑focused experience.
• Goal‑oriented with the motivation to consistently exceed performance standards.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a luxury brand environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of Toyota, Lexus, or luxury automotive sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
