Lexus Sales Consultant

About the role

Bobby Rahal Lexus of Lancaster County seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position includes working some evenings and every Saturday, with a designated day off during the week and the dealership closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Develop a warm, friendly relationship with clients and listen to their needs.
• Suggest a vehicle based on client wants and needs and provide a feature demonstration of its technology and safety features.
• Offer a transparent Market Driven Pricing to ensure a stress-free buying experience.
• Believe in integrity and honesty in all aspects of the business.

Requirements

• Driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Prior hospitality or retail sales experience is helpful.
• PA Vehicle Sales License (will be provided if needed).

Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
