Responsibilities

  • Aid customers in choosing the appropriate new or used vehicle
  • Manage showroom traffic and follow up on online customer leads
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
  • Develop strong customer relationships to foster repeat and referral business
  • Guide customers through the pricing, trade-in evaluations, and sales process
  • Utilize CRM and dealership software to manage customer communications
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in computer usage, CRM platforms, email, and digital tools
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Pay

$750/Week Salary plus commission

Schedule

Flexible Schedule – 40 hour work week
