Sales Process
- Demonstrate, train, coach, and mentor the entire process with the sales team.
- Directs floor traffic, entering inquiries into the CRM daily from 9am to 7pm.
- Counts and documents every inquiry, including walk-ins, service inquiries, phone calls, and internet leads.
- Manages the desk process to ensure its consistent and informative use.
- Follows up on all customer activity related to vehicle purchases, whether sold or not.
Management of Sales Process
- Supports the sales team throughout the entire sales process.
- Involved early on in managing all guests.
Customer Follow-Up
- Follows up on all customer activity related to vehicle purchases, whether sold or not.
Support of Advanced TO for Financial Services
- Supports the products offered through Advanced TO for financial services.
- Masters the Sales Manager's contribution to sell a warranty.
Leadership and Management
- Leads and manages staff to meet company objectives.
