Responsibilities
- Represent a strategy for the Listings Side in Luxury Properties and surrounding Luxury Markets
- Convert and nurture team-provided leads
- Participate in listing presentations and high-value opportunities
- Deliver elevated client experiences aligned with luxury expectations
- Collaborate with leadership to build a sustainable, long-term business
Qualifications
- Active Arizona Real Estate License
- On-site availability for the first 4 weeks, aligned with our invested lead generation training
- 1+ year experience in Real Estate or 3+ years of Sales Experience (Multiple Industries Considered)
- Comfort and proficiency with technology platforms, including CRM systems, communication tools, and digital marketing software
