Qualifications

• A licensed Realtor (or actively pursuing your real estate license)

• Motivated, ambitious, and growth-minded
• Strong at communication and building rapport
• Comfortable prospecting and generating business
• Coachable and open to learning proven systems
• Organized or willing to follow structured processes
• A team player who values collaboration
• Positive, professional, and accountable
• Able to manage time effectively and stay consistent
• Willing to work from the office 3+ days per week
• Comfortable spending time driving between appointments
• Passionate about helping clients and serving your community
