Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch to build a foundation of excellence in real estate service
• Master sophisticated lead generation strategies to attract and convert luxury buyers and sellers
• Conduct polished client consultations that result in signed agreements and premium service
• Negotiate with confidence and precision to protect your clients' interests at every turn
• Operate seamlessly within PLACE Technology to track, manage, and elevate your performance
• Host impactful open houses twice monthly that align with high-end client expectations
• Turn prospecting into high-value appointments through consistent outreach
• Sharpen your communication skills through weekly script practice and feedback
• Stay sharp and connected through team trainings, coaching, and Partner Calls
• Advise sellers with authority—from pricing to presentation, you’ll become their trusted expert
• Develop expertise in listing strategy, staging, and marketing to command top dollar for clients

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate Agent (3+ years preferred)
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Growth-minded and coachable
• Highly organized and efficient
• Mastery of time management
• Team player who contributes to culture and results
• Willing to learn proven scripts and systems

Pay

$110,000 - $187,000 USD Yearly
