Luxury Detailer - Paint Correction/Ceramic Coating

About the role

All Pro Window Wraps and Paint Protection Films is a growing, family-owned business specializing in window film, wraps, paint correction, ceramic coating, paint protection film, and graphics. The company is seeking a self-motivated individual with experience in all paint correction stages and ceramic coating installation.

Responsibilities

• Remove spider webbing or swirl marks
• Remove fine scratches
• Sand and level surfaces
• Clean stains left by animal waste
• Remove calcium deposits
• Remove damage or high/low spots caused by DIY protective solutions
• Remove wax, paint sealants, or ceramic coatings from paintwork
• Execute even coverage of ceramic coating without blotches, runs, or defects
• Install ceramic coating on painted surfaces, wheels, and glass
• Perform exterior washes on vehicles before and after installations
• Handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

Requirements

• Precision and attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of tools and techniques
• Wet sanding and buffing experience
• Experience with sales
• Pass a drug test
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work weekends and holidays
