Job Summary

Earl Stewart Toyota is seeking a highly motivated Paint Correction Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing products on new car inventory and sold customer vehicles. About the Role

This is a working interview to gauge the level of knowledge and ability to process, plan, and execute a job. The position requires a strong attention to detail, technical skills, and adherence to company safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install products on new car inventory and sold customer vehicles
• Conform to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and time allowances
• Perform quality work without direct or continual supervision
• Show attention to detail to deliver a consistent high quality installation
• Follow Company safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, dust, and harsh chemicals
• Work in a fast-paced environment with various work schedules, days, and hours of operations

Requirements

• Experienced in proper paint prep, color correction, and coating application
• Technical school experience is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience
• Possesses a strong attention to detail
• Able to follow processes to ensure quality and safety
• Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions and information
• General mechanical skills
• Able to drive manual transmission vehicles
• Manual dexterity, good judgment, and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery
• Solid form of transportation to/from work

Qualifications

• Paint Protection Film 2 years experience (preferred)
• Paint Correction Specialist 5+ years experience
• Driver's License (Required)
