Paint & resurface tech

About the role

This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic quality of our residential properties through professional painting and resurfacing work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks
• Apply paint, stains, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces
• Resurface countertops, cabinets, and other surfaces as needed
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
• Assist with property turnovers by providing paint and resurfacing services
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to schedule and complete work efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols while performing tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in painting and resurfacing preferred
• Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
• Ability to prepare surfaces and perform high-quality paint application
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Good communication skills and professionalism
