About the role

We are seeking experienced, A-Player professionals to join our elite team! We're looking for seasoned mobile detailing professionals with 1+ years of hands-on experience. Paint correction and ceramic coating installation experience is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ Years Mobile Detailing Experience – Proven track record in mobile automotive detailing services
• Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred – Hands-on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred
• Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards
• Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations
• Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results
• Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites
• Valid Driver's License – Required for travel to various job locations
