Luxury Bridal Manager - Jared Jewelers - Shops at Stonefield

Overview

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise at Jared. This role is responsible for ensuring every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.

What You’ll Do

• Own the Bridal Category
  Lead total Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards

• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
  Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution

• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities
  Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)

• Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, every month
  Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on diamond education and confidence, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing

• Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team
  Activate the Brand Promise

• Help customers express their individuality through meaningful selections
  Feel confident and understood through guided experiences
  Celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with confidence

• Drive Performance Excellence
  Improve key KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors

• Lead by example through personal performance
  Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent

Base Pay & Benefits

• Base pay, $15.75 – $20.10 plus commission on sales.
