About the role

You will perform maintenance and repairs on customer-owned guitars, assist with store inventory, deliver high-quality craftsmanship, ensure a positive customer experience, and support warranty repairs. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Service and repair guitars with skill and precision
• Maintain store-owned gear as needed
• Complete warranty repair work
• Participate in training and certification programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Assist in training team members and sharing techniques
• Support additional store duties as assigned
