About the Role

The Repair Tech (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments and store inventory, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes creating inclusive environments, fostering lifelong musicianship, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service and repair guitars and other instruments
• Perform warranty repairs and maintain store gear
• Assist with additional store duties as needed

Requirements

• Skilled in guitar repair with a strong understanding of instrument maintenance
• Customer-focused, approachable, and knowledgeable
• Proactive with the ability to identify opportunities and resolve issues
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques through certification
• Effective trainer and communicator
