Role Overview

The Repair Technician (Guitar) provides maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. They assist in maintaining store inventory and complete warranty repairs while fostering positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair customer guitars with craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Interact professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repairs
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Skilled understanding of guitar repair
• Strong customer focus and communication skills
• Initiative to identify opportunities and resolve issues proactively
• Ability to learn product knowledge and sales techniques through certification
• Effective training and knowledge sharing abilities
• Foundational product knowledge of Guitar Center products (preferred)
