LTC Technician Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Full-time Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to join our team in Washington, IN. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience with up to 10 reports and a pharmacy license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of order entry and dispensing experts in our closed-door pharmacy
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to set goals, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with WB policies
• Make sure schedules are kept, timecards are accurate, and payroll is processed every other week
• Build a team focused on honesty, diversity, fairness, and inclusivity through coaching and leadership
• Ensure smooth operations by managing data entry, order processing, and other tasks following established procedures

Requirements

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Up to 10 reports
• Licensed preferred

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of pharmacy practices and regulations
