LTC Staffing Coordinator

Location: Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge, Paterson, NJ

About the role

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of staff within the long-term care facility. This includes managing the staffing levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and addressing any scheduling issues that may arise. The role involves effective communication with various departments to guarantee the appropriate allocation of resources and maintaining a qualified and skilled workforce.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a staffing coordinator in a nursing home or long-term care facility

• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments and personnel

Pay

$25.752/hr. - $27.75/hr. (rate varies based on experience)

Schedule

Full-Time, 1st Shift (8 hours), weekends as needed
