You'll work closely with nurses, therapists, home health aides, and office staff to coordinate schedules, manage staffing needs, and support efficient daily operations. Your ability to stay organized and think proactively will help keep patient care running smoothly across the communities we serve. What You'll Do Schedule and coordinate patient visits with clinicians and caregiversManage daily staffing needs and scheduling adjustmentsCommunicate with field staff regarding assignments, availability, and schedule changesCoordinate new admissions and ongoing patient servicesMaintain accurate scheduling records and documentationWork closely with clinical managers and office staff to ensure staffing coverageAssist with resolving scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage needsProvide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff What We're Looking For Previous Staffing, Scheduling, Healthcare Coordination, or Home Health Experience PreferredStrong Organizational and Multitasking SkillsExcellent Communication and Customer Service SkillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong Computer Skills and Experience with Scheduling SystemsExperience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Healthcare Software PreferredReliable, Professional, and Detail-Oriented Why Human Touch Home Health?
