Human Touch Home Health is seeking a highly organized and motivated Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia. This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, solving staffing challenges, and supporting both clinicians and patients.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient visits with clinicians and caregivers
- Manage daily staffing needs and scheduling adjustments
- Communicate with field staff regarding assignments, availability, and schedule changes
- Coordinate new admissions and ongoing patient services
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
- Work closely with clinical managers and office staff to ensure staffing coverage
- Assist with resolving scheduling conflicts and last-minute coverage needs
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff
Requirements
- Previous Staffing, Scheduling, Healthcare Coordination, or Home Health Experience Preferred
- Strong Organizational and Multitasking Skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Computer Skills and Experience with Scheduling Systems
- Experience with WellSky/Kinnser or Similar Healthcare Software Preferred
- Reliable, Professional, and Detail-Oriented
