About the role

Select Specialty Hospital - Richmond is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. The position involves interacting with visitors and patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities

• Receiving incoming calls and assisting with inquiries
• Notifying administration of any requests for service
• Addressing customers in a courteous and friendly manner
• Aiding customers with their requests
• Filing, drafting letters, and sorting mail
• Being attentive to detail and organized
• Having a strong knowledge of medical terminology

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
