About the Role
The LT Recovery Coordinator delivers exceptional customer service to all members and guests through professional interactions, account maintenance, and in-depth knowledge of LT Recovery products and services. This role maintains the day-to-day operations of the LT Recovery space and client accounts, anticipates member needs, and maximizes scheduling productivity. The coordinator also assists the Life Clinic Coordinator as needed.
Responsibilities
- LT Recovery Daily Operations
- Open and close the LT Recovery space.
- Maintain a cleaning schedule and report to the Personal Training Manager daily.
- Ensure all equipment and products are in "Like New" condition; submit work orders for repairs or fixes as needed.
- Order supplies for the LT Recovery space.
- Possess knowledge of products and services offered within LT Recovery.
- LT Recovery Front Desk Operations
- Answer all LT Recovery phone calls and check voice messages daily.
- Check members in and out for all LT Recovery services.
- Schedule client appointments for LT Recovery services.
- Use professional email daily for communication.
- Process client paperwork and manage client files with care.
- Process transactions and payments for LT Recovery products and services.
- Serve as an expert in client accounts and their management.
- Member Engagement
- Greet and check in members with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Provide excellent customer service while developing relationships with members, clients, and guests.
- Take ownership of LT Recovery events and communicate updates to team members and members.
- Assist members and clients with equipment setup.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Office management experience.
- Knowledge or certification in exercise and sport science.
- Understanding of fitness, cardiovascular training, nutrition, and program design.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work holidays and weekends.
- Capability to perform aerobic activities for the duration of a class and physically handle bending, standing, reaching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a clinic office or customer service-based role.
