LPN with Sign-On Bonus!

About the role

The Knoxville Center for Behavioral Medicine is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. This position offers full-time dayshift and nightshift options with generous sign-on bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess and document patient needs and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures and treatments.
• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to maintain competency.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the state of TN.
• At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a behavioral health setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for improving behavioral health in the community.

Skills

• Proficient in electronic medical records systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.

Pay

• Dayshift: $4,000 sign-on bonus.
• Nightshift: $6,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

• Dayshift: 6:45 am - 7:15 pm.
• Nightshift: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am.
