About the role
Brookdale Bloomsburg is a small, close-knit community that truly feels like home! We are seeking a full-time 3rd shift LPN to join our collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Maintain care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
- LPN or LVN License required per state regulations.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.

Additional Information
