Brookdale Bloomsburg, a 45‑unit assisted living community, is seeking an experienced LPN for a full‑time position that rotates between 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role includes a $500 sign‑on bonus payable after 90 days of continuous employment and requires every‑other‑weekend availability. Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining a physical, social, and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor resident care according to physician‑prescribed treatment plans and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of the medicine supply room, and adhere to company systems, procedures, and processes.
Requirements
LPN or LVN license required per state regulations.
