About the role

The Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an LPN to provide skilled nursing care to residents. This role adheres to established standards, Joint Commission requirements, and CentraState policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides considerate, respectful care focused on residents' individual needs.
• Affirms residents' rights to make decisions about their medical care.
• Demonstrates knowledge of growth, development, and adult health.
• Delegates and monitors components of care to professional and non-professional caregivers.
• Administers medications accurately and documents effects of treatments.
• Recognizes and addresses adverse reactions to medications.
• Documents pain assessments and interventions.
• Notifies physicians for unrelieved pain.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Licensed to practice in NJ.
• Valid NJ LPN license.
• CPR certification.
• Satisfactory completion of pharmacology test.
• Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
