LPN Supervisor Evening & Weekend Shifts

Chestnut Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced part-time and full-time LPN Supervisor to oversee all aspects of operating a unit within a health care facility, from supervising the nursing staff to monitoring patient care. Must have a valid Georgia LPN license and a minimum of 2 years experience in clinical nursing and administration. LPN Supervisor: Full-time Monday - Friday 3p - 11p with rotating weekends LPN Every Other Weekend Supervisor: Saturday & Sunday 7a - 7p LPN Supervisor Responsibilities: Participate in managing staff and assignments to ensure quality of careAssist with treatment and medication administrationParticipate in weekly meetingsServe as liaison between family, patient, doctor and other departmentsInvestigate all incident reports and follow-upTake on-call hours on weekends and holidays as assigned IND123
