LPN - Evening and Weekend Shifts

About the Role

Responsible for applying the nursing process and delivering patient care under RN supervision in homecare settings. Performs assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates care for adult and pediatric patients.

• Conduct focused interviews and monitor signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Analyze data and document nursing diagnoses.
• Assist in managing patient care and collaborate with healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current LPN license in the practicing state.
• Health certificate, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification.

Skills

• Knowledge of nursing standards.
