About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care under RN supervision, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Responsibilities
- Perform focused patient interviews and identify specific needs.
- Assess signs of physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform nursing diagnoses.
- Assist in managing patient care and perform assigned LPN duties.
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the practice state.
- Valid health certification, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS card.
Skills
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow nursing standards and protocols.
