About the role

Forest Manor Healthcare Center is looking for a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a part of our facility’s compassionate care‑giving team. We have a part‑time position available.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan.
• Administer medication and treatments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation.

Requirements

• Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility.

• LPN (part‑time) & per diem bonus: $2,500.

Schedule

Part‑time position available on all shifts for weekends. Shifts include 7‑3, 3‑11, and 11‑7, with 16‑hour shift options.
