About the role
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of nursing activities during their tour of duty. Ensure adherence to State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policy and Procedures, maintaining the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day coordination and oversight of nursing activities.
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations and Facility Policy and Procedures.
- Represent Administration in the absence of the Director of Nursing, Assistant Director of Nursing, and Administrator.
- Delegated administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related health care facility.
- Prefer experience in Skilled Nursing and knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN/LVN.
- A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university or an accredited RN program.
- Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program and currently enrolled in an approved RN program.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Long Term Care Federal Regulations.

Pay
Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s).
Schedule
Part-time (22.5+ hours/week) and Full-time positions available.
