As an LPN Supervisor, you will oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, home health aides, resident care aides, and medication technicians in our luxury assisted living community. You will act as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, providing compassionate care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and administering medications—all while leading your team with skill and kindness. Your role is vital to ensuring the safety, care, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of nurses, HHAs, resident care aides, and medication technicians.
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director of Wellness.
• Provide attentive care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Administer medications and ensure proper medication oversight.
• Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.
• Prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work independently.

Requirements

• Active LPN certification.
• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment.
• Genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents.
• Experience assisting individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Medication Administration Records (MARs) and doctors' orders.
• Compassionate, reliable, and observant with excellent prioritization skills.
