LPN Supervisor 7pm - 7am Overnight

About the role

The LPN Supervisor position at The Bristal Assisted Living is a leadership opportunity within a premier senior care organization. You will lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing compassionate care to residents, focusing on ADLs and medication management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians
• Provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Administer residents' medications under the guidance of the Director of Wellness
• Act as shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents
• Lead the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness
• Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness
• Supervise and oversee staff members, including medication oversight
• Assist with tasks such as meal preparation, housekeeping, and other resident-related activities

Requirements

• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment
• Active LPN certification
• Desire to improve the quality of life of residents
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia (a plus)
• Caring, reliable, and observant personality
• Understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders

Pay

Salary range: $X - $Y per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Shifts may vary, typically 8-hour shifts with some flexibility in scheduling
